Senior Customer Service Executive

£22,000 - £24,000 plus 10% annual bonus

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced customer service/account management individual to join their busy Client Service Department. This is a fast paced role in which you will be responsible for the day to day running of a portfolio of Client accounts. You will be liaising with both internal departments and external contacts/companies to ensure client projects and campaigns are managed smoothly and delivered on time. Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day running of a portfolio of customers

  • Liaising and occasionally meeting with clients alongside Account Development team to discuss and identify their advertising requirements

  • Ensure all Customer requirements are met within agreed timescales offering outstanding Customer Service throughout to help retain and grow the client portfolio

  • Handle all administration on a campaign including campaign contracts and invoicing, customer complaints and other customer reports

  • Brief Insights and Planning department on customer requirements

  • Update internal systems with required admin once the client has agreed the campaign

  • Answer the phone in a professional manner - taking messages, quotations and responding to Customers as appropriate

  • Prepare campaign schedules based on customer requirements


We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years office based customer service experience and who is ready for a new challenge within a busy department.

  • Excellent team player, flexible, can quickly adapt to change and work well under pressure.

  • Accuracy - with attention to detail.

  • Self motivated.

  • IT literate - confident user of MS Office, Excel in particular.


  • Basic salary £22-24k.

  • Opportunity to earn an additional 10% bonus.
