We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to play a pivotal role in supporting the business and provide first class HR support.
About the Role
This is a stand-alone role (with support from HRBP’s at other sites) so we require someone who is confident to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for the site you are looking after. This is a great opportunity to come in and review existing procedure and ways of working and implement any changes you feel necessary.
The main focus on the role is dealing with employee relation matters but other duties include but are not limited to:
Provide first line generalist HR advice, including but not limited to; policies, procedures, disciplinary, grievance, sickness, absence, employee relations, recruitment, training.
Produce ER correspondence for employees, updating records accurately.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about all things HR and who is up for a new challenge. Key skills and attributes required:
Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience (essential).
Have HR generalist experience, including knowledge of UK employment law.
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail.
IT literate.
Have your own vehicle due to location and occasional travel to other sites.
