About the Role

  • Effective Management of daily call demand - inbound & outbound.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Be a subject matter expert for all areas of our products and services.

  • Manage your own caseload, utilizing strong administration and prioritisation skills.

  • Identify, assess, and resolve customer needs on a first call resolution basis.

  • Promptly responding to customer queries via email, phone, and social media channels.

  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and management so that products and services are continually improved.

  • You will put our customers’ needs first, always maintaining a polite and professional manner.

  • Encourage brand loyalty in our customers; promote new products and services.

  • Verify, amend, and update customer records accurately.

  • Achieve set KPI’s that will contribute the overall objectives of the business.

  • Share knowledge with our customers to maximise self-help opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to drive process improvements (Sales / Marketing /Commercial / Logistics)

  • Fully investigate and analyse all complaints providing customers with a fair, comprehensive resolution within our SLA

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service role

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills

  • TechSavvy
