A progressive, forward-thinking business, offering great benefits and plenty of scope for professional development and career progression, based in Marlow. We are looking for two tenacious, driven Customer Service focussed individuals to join their Account Management and Customer Services Team.

About the Role

This is a fast paced, busy role managing your own portfolio of B2B Clients. Ensuring the accounts run smoothly and within set SLA’s is key to delivering the highest level of service, allowing the client to continue to choose the business as their logistics partner of choice within the market. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Managing your own portfolio of client accounts.

  • Delivering first class service at all times.

  • Pre-empt and deal with any issues that arise.

  • Manage all back-office admin for the client.

  • Provide reporting and forecasting to help the client understand how their account is performing.

  • Updating details via internal CRM System.

Requirements

  • Office based Customer Service experience.

  • Proactive, Assertive and Tenacious.

  • Driven and passionate.

  • A problem solver.

  • Able to use CRM systems and MSOffice.

  • Excellent communicator.
