About the Role
We are looking for an experienced customer service/account management individual to join their busy Client Service Department. This is a fast paced role in which you will be responsible for the day to day running of a portfolio of Client accounts. You will be liaising with both internal departments and external contacts/companies to ensure client projects and campaigns are managed smoothly and delivered on time. Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day running of a portfolio of customers
Liaising and occasionally meeting with clients alongside Account Development team to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
Ensure all Customer requirements are met within agreed timescales offering outstanding Customer Service throughout to help retain and grow the client portfolio
Handle all administration on a campaign including campaign contracts and invoicing, customer complaints and other customer reports
Brief Insights and Planning department on customer requirements
Update internal systems with required admin once the client has agreed the campaign
Answer the phone in a professional manner - taking messages, quotations and responding to Customers as appropriate
Prepare campaign schedules based on customer requirements
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years office based customer service experience and who is ready for a new challenge within a busy department.
Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with people at all levels.
Able to establish rapport, build and maintain relationships with your clients.
Excellent team player, flexible, can quickly adapt to change and work well under pressure.
Accuracy - with attention to detail.
Proactive in solving problems.
Customer focused, always striving to deliver the highest level of service.
Self motivated.
IT literate - confident user of MS Office, Excel in particular.
Other
Basic salary £22-24k.
Opportunity to earn an additional 10% bonus.
Parking on site.
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home (once fully trained).
