About the Company

A large global business specialising in commercial construction is looking for an experienced Administrator to join them.

About the Role

You will provide full admin support to your designated Area Sales Manager and produce estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring a first class level of service is delivered at all times. Key duties include:

  • Generating estimates from technical drawings - full training given.

  • Liaising with Area Sales Manager regarding workload, pricing structures, etc.

  • Proactive telephone follow-through of the project for information updates from contractors.

  • Process orders and hand over to Customer Support Specialists team.

  • Respond to literature/sample requests, advertising responses and any other enquiry which comes into the office.

  • Telephone response to requests as above in addition to offering product selection advice and providing verbal prices when required.

Requirements

  • Customer service and admin orientated.

  • Excellent telephone manner and able to take down information accurately and concisely.

  • Computer literate.

  • Good spelling/grammar.

  • Attention to detail - thorough and precise.

  • Working to deadlines.

  • Basic salary £23-26k DOE.
