A fast paced, successful business based in Marlow, are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their professional busy, Account Management team.

About the Role

A busy role managing your own portfolio of B2B Clients, ensuring the accounts run smoothly and within set SLA’s, allowing the client to continue to choose the business as their product of choice within the market. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing your own portfolio of client accounts.

  • Delivering first class service at all times.

  • Pre-empt and deal with any issues that arise.

  • Manage all back office admin for the client.

  • Provide reporting and forecasting to help the client understand how their account is performing.

  • Updating details via internal CRM System.


  • Customer Service experience - ideally B2B.

  • Proactive, Assertive and Tenacious.

  • Driven and passionate.

  • A problem solver.

  • Able to use CRM systems and Excel (Ideally to an advanced level - not essential though).

  • Excellent communicator.


  • Hours Mon - Fri 10:30am - 19:00.

  • Hybrid split office 3days Weds-Fri/work from home 2days Mon-Tues.

  • Basic Salary £22-24k DOE.

  • Opportunity to earn up to an additional 10% as an annual bonus.
